Join Dr. Paige, our physical therapist and certified nutrition coach while she walks you through the basics of proper nutrition and how to incorporate more whole, clean foods into your diet. You will learn how to read a nutrition label like a pro, including which sneaky ingredients to avoid. She will also explain the roles of insulin & cortisol in the body, and how managing blood sugar and stress can reduce cravings and overeating. She will talk about ways to naturally boost your metabolism. You will also learn more about the gut-brain connection and how your thoughts can influence your digestion and gut health.
