COVID-19 Office Policy

We Care About Our Patients and Staff

We require these safety measures when you come in our office:

  • Wear a mask
  • Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands when entering the office and when exiting the office
  • Practice social distancing- stay 6 feet apart
  • Do not bring extra family or friends

Please do not enter if you have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for the coronavirus in the last 14 days.

Total Health and Healing Center has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 status and its impact on patients, clients, and the community. We are committed to creating a safe space for patients to continue to receive care with minimal risk of infection. We will remain open to treat our clients and patients whom we are able. Please be courteous and respectful of the guidelines at this time. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we will NOT charge you to reschedule.

What We Are Doing to Protect Your Health

Our staff will continue our strict cleaning policy and regimen of our office, treatment rooms, and treatment tools, as well as implement the usage of a diluted bleach solution for all hard surfaces (counters, door knobs, chairs, sink, etc.). We also ask every patient wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water in the office immediately prior to entering a treatment room and immediately following treatment. Hand sanitizer is also located at the front desk and treatment rooms. Please maintain social distancing at the office by staying at least 6 feet apart in the waiting area and at the front desk. Office staff are wearing masks to protect themselves and our patients. Patients are required to wear masks in the office.

Also, depending on the appointment type, our providers are more than happy to provide Facetime, Skype, or phone visits. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
